ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

$35.00 for a background check to ensure there are no battery or sexual convictions.

Intake Fee

$500 Intake Fee to reserve a bed, cover Assessments and Treatment Plan, curricula and supplies.

$900 Monthly Program Fees. 2nd and last months are prorated. All fees are due by the LAST day of the preceding month. October fees are due September 30th.

$100 for a Nurse Exam and full blood work up.

Individual Transportation ($0.5585 per mile)

$10 each additional Drug Test

$40 each Hair Follicle Test

Reimbursement of Client Purchases
