You can submit an application, but we MUST receive payment for the Background Check in order to process that application. You can complete an application in 3 ways:

• You can DOWNLOAD a PDF and return it by email or fax or mail or by another person and send payment by check, Venmo or Zelle.

• You can complete an ONLINE application that REQUIRES immediate payment by Credit or Debit Card, or a Paypal account in order to submit the form.

• You can complete an ONLINE application that does not require immediate payment, but provides information about how to pay for the Background Check by Check, Venmo or Zelle.
